1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ShopFront, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time — continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. The Service

ShopFront provides an AI-powered website builder for local businesses. You provide your business information, and we generate a website for you. The generated website is hosted on our infrastructure at a ShopFront URL.

3. Your Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide. You confirm that you have the right to use any information submitted, including business name, descriptions, and any other content. ShopFront is not responsible for inaccurate information in your generated website.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Monthly plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. No refunds for partial months.
  • One-time payments are non-refundable after the website has been generated and published.
  • Done For You orders may be refunded within 24 hours if work has not yet started.
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

5. Cancellation & Termination

Monthly subscribers can cancel at any time from their account. Upon cancellation, your website will remain live until the end of the current billing period, then be taken offline. One-time and Done For You sites are hosted permanently unless you request removal.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use ShopFront to create websites that:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate another business or person
  • Contain false, misleading, or defamatory content
  • Promote illegal products or services

7. Limitation of Liability

ShopFront is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

You own the content you provide. ShopFront owns the platform, the generation system, and the underlying technology. The generated website HTML is yours to use as long as your subscription is active or your one-time payment is valid.
